By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on this Platform.
Important Notice for Users in Pakistan: Pakistan has laws restricting gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Baji77 does not provide legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, to register an account or use any Service on the Platform. By registering, you warrant and represent that you satisfy this age requirement. Baji77 reserves the right to require proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
The Platform does not knowingly accept registrations from users in Restricted Territories. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any bets. Creating an Account while located in a Restricted Territory constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, device, IP address or payment method may be treated as duplicate accounts. Baji77 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any bets or winnings associated with them.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time the Platform deems appropriate for compliance purposes, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued identity documentation, such as a Pakistani CNIC, passport or other acceptable identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal requests being withheld pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify the Platform immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Baji77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
Note on Payment Details: Withdrawal details must match the name on your registered Account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Accounts flagged for third-party payment activity may be suspended pending investigation.
The Platform and its Services are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, to operate any form of third-party betting service, or in any manner that violates applicable law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action where applicable:
Users are expected to interact with Platform staff and other users in a respectful manner at all times. Abusive, threatening or offensive communications directed at support staff or other users may result in account suspension.
Deposit methods available to your account are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Methods referenced as familiar to Pakistani users — including bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and mobile wallet options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast — are cited as contextual references only. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your Account.
Where the Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs), these are displayed for reference convenience. Actual account processing currency may differ — please review the cashier for applicable currency settings.
All deposits are final once processed. Baji77 does not accept liability for funds sent using incorrect account details. If you become aware of a deposit error, contact support immediately.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully verified through KYC, your withdrawal destination must match your registered name, and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fully satisfied.
Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and depend on the selected payout method, KYC status and the operator's current review queue. Baji77 makes no warranty as to the speed of any specific withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section. Requests outside these limits will not be processed. In exceptional circumstances, the Platform may require additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
Baji77 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that warrants review. Users will be notified of any such hold and may be asked to provide additional information.
Each bonus, promotion or free-bet offer is subject to specific terms set out at the time of the offer. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates. Baji77 is committed to presenting these terms clearly and completely before any offer is activated.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within any specified time limit. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the stated validity period.
Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to systematic low-risk staking designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any form of arbitrage — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it, and may result in account closure.
Baji77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect offers already activated by a User prior to the modification, except in cases of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. A bet is only confirmed when you receive an explicit confirmation from the system. Displayed odds are subject to change prior to confirmation. Baji77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.
In the event of a manifest error in the publication of odds, prices or terms — whether due to a technical fault, human error or data feed error — Baji77 reserves the right to void any affected bets. Users will be notified of any such voiding and the relevant stake will be returned.
Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are governed by sport-specific betting rules available in the sportsbook section. Specific rules apply for reduced-overs matches, abandoned games, weather interruptions and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes. Users are advised to review these rules before placing any cricket-related bet.
In-play or live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets placed before a suspension may stand; bets placed during a technical suspension period may be voided. Live stream availability, where offered, is provided for information purposes only and does not form part of the betting contract.
Casino games and live dealer games are governed by individual game rules published within each game environment. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the Platform's server logs. Baji77 is not liable for interrupted play caused by the User's internet connection or device failure.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Baji77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, account duplication, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or other users.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure, after deducting any amounts owed to the Platform, will be returned to you via an eligible payment method subject to applicable verification.
Upon termination of your Account, all outstanding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and any outstanding financial obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Baji77 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies of the applicable licence jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction with its own applicable laws and are solely responsible for complying with those laws. These Terms do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Baji77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users through a notice on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
